Dry Goods

Orders received before midday Tuesday to Friday are dispatched on the same day; those received after this time are dispatched on the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary. We offer free national delivery for orders over £75, with surcharges applying to some postcodes. Orders below this amount incur a postage and packing charge of £4.95. We use DPD or Evri for standard deliveries, which typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on location. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Koi Delivery

We offer pre-1pm next-day delivery of koi on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. Certain geographical restrictions may apply. The charge for this service is £30 for the first box and £18 for each subsequent box, with multiple koi fitting in a box depending on size. We ensure your koi are packed carefully and safely. A tracking number will be provided once your koi is dispatched, and we monitor the delivery to address any complications. Koi Purchase and Collection

After an online purchase, we will contact you to arrange delivery. You can collect the fish from our shop or have it delivered via courier for an additional fee. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery upon arrival. Koi will not be sent unless we have confirmed a delivery date with you by phone or email, and you must provide a contact number and email address.

On-Site Holding Policy

Koi can be left with us from October onwards until April, depending on weather conditions. Koi left at our premises are at your own risk. While we provide the best possible care for all our livestock, we cannot guarantee their condition. After purchase, the responsibility for the koi's gender, pattern, body shape, and any damage shifts to you.
