Refund policy

Dry Goods

If your item is unused and in resaleable condition, you can return it to us within 30 days at your expense for a refund. Certain items, such as fish, cut-to-size liners, and pipework, cannot be returned.

If an item you purchased develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement once the fault is confirmed by either us or the manufacturer.

To initiate a return, please call or email us. Typical returns take 14 days to complete, though some may take longer.

Live Fish

We are unable to accept returns for any fish due to biosecurity laws. Once an order is placed and payment is received, cancellations are not possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but if we have been holding the fish for you, refunds will not be issued.
